Delivery
DELIVERY: We prepare your packages with care at Pop My Curls Paris!
Good news, we deliver in the DOM TOM, and in most countries around the world as well.
In order to find out if your country is an area we ship to, please simply provide your mailing address when purchasing. The system will tell you whether or not we ship to your country.
We generally prepare your orders within 24 to 48 hours depending on available stocks and the delivery method you choose.
The products are delivered to the delivery address which was indicated when ordering.
Please note that this time does not take into account the order preparation time.
To this time is added the delivery time by Colissimo (+2 days) or by Mondial Relay (+ 3 to 4 days). We are not responsible for delays of the chosen delivery service.
Once the package has been shipped, the responsibility is transferred to the carrier you have chosen.
To know: the cost of delivery changes according to the weight of your BOX. The cost therefore varies from box to box but never more than €1 in mainland France.
BOX with pre-order subscription:
They are debited at the time of the order.
We will ship your boxes every 2 months between the 10th and the 15th.
Example: you order your first box on September 2, 2020, we will send you the box between September 10 and 15, 2020 then you will automatically receive the next box between November 10 and 15, 2020.
If you order your box for the first time during the month (because you have just discovered PopMyCurlsParis :-)), we will ship your first box within 24 to 48 hours + Colissimo or Mondial Relay delivery time. Then we will ship your next boxes around the 10th every 2 months. You can change your subscription at any time in your customer account.

Are you changing your address?
In the event of a change of the customer's address, the latter must inform POP MY CURLS BOX as soon as possible (before the delivery of the next box) by email to contact@popmycurlsparis.com or via the online contact form to communicate the new postal address.
For subscription boxes, you can do this directly on your customer account.
For one-time orders:
If the request is not made before the shipment of the package, the redelivery costs will be borne by the buyer.
The parcel can be delivered after payment of the shipping costs.
When the Customer orders several products at the same time, these may have different delivery times routed according to the following terms: some products may be sent with an additional delay, after acceptance by the Buyer.
In the event of a delay in shipment, the company must inform the customer of the date of shipment.
In the event of late delivery, the Customer has the possibility of terminating the contract under the terms and conditions defined in Article L 138-2 of the Consumer Code. The Seller then reimburses the product and the "one-way" costs under the conditions of Article L 138-3 of the Consumer Code.
The Seller provides a telephone contact point (cost of a local call from a landline) indicated in the order confirmation email in order to follow up on the order.
The Seller recalls that when the Customer takes physical possession of the products, the risk of loss or damage to the products is transferred to him. It is up to the Customer to notify the carrier of any reservations about the product delivered.
RETURNS
Note the following conditions:
- You have 14 days from the receipt of your package to exercise your right of withdrawal.
- The costs incurred by the return of your package are your responsibility.
- The products concerned by the right of withdrawal must be unopened, undamaged and the original packaging must not have been unsealed .
- You must return the package without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days following the communication of your decision to withdraw to Pop My Curls.
Reimbursement of your items and outward postage, paid by credit card will be made using the same method of payment, within a maximum of 14 days following receipt of your package at the warehouse.
If you are shipping an item worth more than $75, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return to us.
